Rugby is a sport that have been played all around the world.  Rugby can be played by female and male. You have to wear a mouthguard when you play rugby. You have to wear a mouthguard because if you get tackled hard then you will be injured.

Rugby is a very good sport.If you have the ball you can pass the ball to the person that is behind you but if you pass it to someone in front of you it will be a forward pass and when you get a forward pass your team will lose the ball.  In rugby a lot of people wear a thing that protected their heads it  is called a head gear. Why people wear head gears?  It  is because if somone high takle somone on their head thein head will be protected by the head gear.In rugby you can kick,you can run with the ball and you can tackle and when he is on the ground you can get the ball but you have to be on your feet if the person do not relase the ball on the ground it will be a penalty and you can also side step in rugby, you can do fake pass which is another way to get a try.

There are 15 players in a team and if you get a yellow card, you will be going out.
